In a jar or an airtight container, mix oatmeal, milk, chia seeds, Muscle Cheff Hazelnut & Cocoa Protein Spread, and chopped peanuts until you achieve a homogeneous mixture. You can also add a teaspoon of honey if you like. Close the jar to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the milk and soften and refrigerate it overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.
