Are Muscle Cheff products vegan?
Our BBQ flavor, Salt & Vinegar flavor, Chili Lime flavor Protein Chips are vegan. We are constantly working on new flavors and more vegan products as well.
What to do if the spreads seem too oily or have solidified?
Our spreads can solidify in the cold or be overly oily when first opened. Please leave at room temperature and stir well to bring back to desired texture.
Do Muscle Cheff products contain any allergens?
All the ingredients including allergens, if any, are listed in the products description section. Please note that our products are processed in facilities that also process nuts.
Do Muscle Cheff products contain sugar?
We do not use refined sugar in any of our products, and only Erythritol or Stevia in small amounts when needed.
Do Muscle Cheff products contain gluten?
All of our spreads, coffees and chocolates are gluten-free. You’ll find a gluten-free icon mentioned in the product description against those products.
Do you have keto-friendly products? Are your products suitable for a keto diet?
Most of our products are keto-friendly and we try to keep the net carbs as low as possible, with no added refined sugars. Everyone’s macro requirements are different though, so please check the label for detailed information on each product.
Are all the Muscle Cheff protein chips baked?
Yes! Always baked, never fried😊 . They contain no trans-fat. We wanted to produce a healthy alternative that appeals to consumer groups of all ages, and we did!
How much protein is in Muscle Cheff chips?
Each bag of chips has 10g of protein.
Do you have a protein bar?
We don’t have protein bars per se, but our protein chocolates make a great substitute and let’s face it – they are WAY tastier! We also offer a wide variety of other high protein products.
How much protein is in your chocolates?
8-10g of protein in a 35g bar, depending on the flavor.
What is L-Carnitine?
L-Carnitine is an amino acid synthesized by the body. Healthy individuals generally synthesize enough L-carnitine to prevent deficiency. However, certain conditions may result in increased excretion of L-carnitine, potentially increasing the risk for deficiency.

What are the benefits of L-Carnitine supplementation?

Our online store currently sells to USA, Canada and Turkey. We only allow shipping within the country that you order from.

Our shipping fees are based on order quantity and destination. Orders above a certain amount ship for free.This is based on the country you are shopping from and will be displayed when you add items to your cart.

Depending on what time the order arrives in the day, they are processed the same day or the next and shipped right after that.
How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery times are dependent on destination and shipping method but it’s usually within 1 -3 days.
