Let’s make the dream possible: a crunchy high protein chicken fillet recipe without frying, without trans fats, and very little oil! Here are our ingredients;
- 500 g chicken breast
- 2 bags of Muscle Cheff Protein Chips
- 4 tbsp of whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 egg
First, crumble Muscle Cheff Protein Chips in a food processor and set them aside. In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, salt and paprika. In another bowl, crack an egg and beat it until smooth. Cut the chicken breast into strips and dip them first in the flour mix, then in the beaten egg, and finally, coat them with the protein chips.
